Summer is in the air. The Yuzu Sake Spritz is bright, citrusy and just floral enough to feel like the summer season has officially started. The yuzu brings that sharp Japanese citrus

note, the sake keeps it smooth, and the bubbles do the rest.
Made with locally grown fruit, it’s like "limoncello on steroids"!
Yuzu juice is derived from the yuzu fruit, a Japanese citrus that tastes like a blend of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. It offers a truly unique and delightful flavor! The juice is highly concentrated and tart, much like lemon or lime juice. In addition to its excellent acidity and fresh citrus taste, yuzu juice has a subtle floral note, making it a wonderful addition to cocktails!
You can purchase yuzu juice at Asian grocery stores or on Amazon. If you need a substitute for yuzu juice, there are several options. However, in a pinch, lemon and lime juice can also suffice.
Ingredients:
60 ml sake (junmai or ginjo sake works well)
30ml yuzu- peach juice syrup
1 can Magnesium Sparkling Water
Ice cubes
Yuzu peel or lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the yuzu peacj sake syrup
Top off with Magnesium Sparkling Water for a hint of fizz.
Stir gently, garnish with a twist of yuzu or lemon peel, and enjoy this refreshing, lightly citrusy drink!
