For years, Anouk Yve had been quietly curating tea in her own home, selecting special blends, serving them in beautiful teapots, self made ceramics and glasswork. Gifting tea as a gesture of appreciation to friends and family. What began as a personal ritual revealed a broader gap in the market: most tea experiences remain uninspired, generic, and aesthetically

disconnected from the elevated lifestyle they could offer.

Nota Gathering bridges that gap.

Working alongside tea experts, the brand has developed a deliberately curated collection designed to match the rhythm of modern life. The philosophy is rooted in clarity and craft: high quality teas, a small delicious collection - sourced from all over the world. Beautifully presented and created for those who understand the elegance of tea drinking, alone or gathered together.

Nota Gathering work with tea estates and farmers who share the standards for quality and honor the generations of knowledge.

OUR PICK:

Consider Folded Light as your pause button, an iconic tea in the making. A delicate green Sencha forms the base, layered with rosebuds, freeze-dried strawberry and sunflower blossoms for a subtle floral-fruit finish. Lightly sweet, gently fresh, never overpowering. Clean, soft, and easy to return to throughout the day.

This sencha blend is fresh and vibrant. A clean vegetal green tea base sets the foundation, lifted by bright strawberry notes that bring a natural, jammy sweetness. A soft touch of rose adds floral elegance, the taste and scent of this tea is fruit and flower kissed. Light to medium-bodied, it is refreshing and smooth with gentle astringency. The finish is crisp, clean, and awakening.

Food pairing: This tea pairs really well with fresh salads, cheese, fish, rise dishes and sweet delights such a chocolate. It also goes very well with citrus fruit and berries.
