Located on the 6th floor of the Rosewood hotel and buzzing from day to night, Neue Hoheit invites guests to embrace Vienna’s brighter side. Day-drinking on the bar is celebrated, Champagne chilled, cocktails freshly shaken, and oysters served with a view.

High above Vienna’s rooftops restaurant brings a fresh perspective to Austrian cuisine honouring tradition but never bound by it. Familiar flavours are elevated with unexpected touches and inventive finesse, inviting diners to rediscover the classics through a more discerning lens.

During the day, a light-flooded place for enjoyable breaks and quiet moments of retreat. In the evening, the mood changes: the city lights are reflected in the windows, conversations become deeper, every room seems to be made for special encounters. From the impressive wine gallery to the Secret Garden, a place that inspires, touches and remains in your memory.

On the seventh floor, one floor above Neue Hoheit, is a rooftop cocktail bar which draws inspiration from a classic speakeasy. The intimate boíte, designed by interior designer Kroenland, features handcrafted cabinetry, a stow for a collection of rare vintages and international spirits, and a menu of classic and innovative cocktails ensuring amiable and memorable evenings. We sincerely hope you find yourself at the top of the bar with a cocktail in hand, watching an incredible sunset.
