Audemars Piguet introduced a new expressions of mechanical mastery. Just few days ago they dropped a wave of new releases including a Neo Frame Jumping Hour inspired by a 1920s original, new Royal Oak Minis, the first-ever openworked Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar, Royal Oaks with malachite and onyx stone dials, plus more.

Our eyes are on the Neo Frame Jumping Hour, recreation of the Audemars Piguet’s first jumping hour watch from the 1920s.

Inspired by the

Streamline design movement, this refined watch debuts Audemars Piguet’s first selfwinding jumping hour movement, Calibre 7122. Its rectangular case in pink gold and sapphire blends horological innovation with vintage aesthetics, while the newly developed strap

motif embodies the creative spirit that defines the Manufacture.

The rectangular case in 18-carat pink gold features a glareproofed sapphire caseback. The timepiece is water resistant to 20 m. The black PVD-treated sapphire dial is complemented by pink gold-toned microblasted apertures. The integrated black calfskin leather strap is fitted with an 18-carat pink gold pin buckle.

"The Neo Frame Jumping Hour is a nod to Audemars Piguet’s pioneering role in developing the first jumping hour watches in the 1920s. Back then, the glass was so fragile that it had to be protected by metal. Today, it is rendered in sapphire, which takes centre stage" - told Sébastian Vivas Director, Museum and Heritage, Audemars Piguet.
