A simple and powerful idea that took shape in 2005 and that, twenty years later, is still pure magic.
A simple and powerful idea that took shape in 2005 and that, twenty years later, is still pure magic.

Let yourself be seduced by the iconic Moon suspension by Italian designer Davide Groppi. It continues to inspire and surprise, confirming that true beauty lies in the uniqueness and emotion of light.

Moon was created from the dream of bringing the moon inside your own home. The hand-made unryu kozo paper surface makes every lamp unique.

Made from Japanese paper, Moon becomes the centerpiece of your living room, dining room or even bedroom. It takes you beyond the stars!

This hanging lamp measures 200 cm in diameter. The adjustable cable measures 6 meters. The four E27 max 25W LED bulbs are not included. This model is available in 4 sizes: 60 cm, 80 cm, 120 cm and 200 cm diameter.

To celebrate the twentieth anniversary of this icon,

Gianni Lucchesi's stylistic key interweaves with MOON in a suspended and evocative narrative.

The moon is a space to inhabit, observe and imagine.

A place that belongs to us and yet at the same time escapes us, just like light.

Powerful and mysterious presence, it accompanies us in the real world, but it is the man, with his gaze and curiosity, which gives it form and meaning.

In this encounter, the light of MOON recounts stories of intimacy, of desire, of hope and dreams, transforming the environment into a location where the metaphysical and the quotidian meld into a single poetic vision.

An anyman, a universal and timeless figure who,in contemplating the moon, becomes intermediary and source,

creator and at the same time active conductor of emotions and stories.

The beauty of this project lies in the meeting of two evocative elements: the man and the moon.

Each tries to understand and touch the other, in a game of equilibrium between the big and small, the terrestrial and the astronomical. MOON thus becomes a metaphor for dreams, beauty and exploration, a light which illuminates us and makes us reflect on the human condition in search of a deeper meaning.
